3D RENDERINGS 

I use a program that creates 3D renderings allowing clients to visualize the design. In my experience this is the tool that is the most helpful for my clients. Being able to see your house designs come to life makes it so much easier to decide what works and what doesn't. It is always fun for the clients to get to play with the design. At design review meetings, I will make changes right there and they get to see the design change immediately. It creates an avenue for collaborative design which always results in the best outcome for the client.
